I liked one strong point of Mr. Nikhilesh Tawde and that was regular training, he also guided about where to go for professional training, which software to buy. Nikhilesh sir not only helped me for product marketing but also in after sales service. I also would like to tell u that after few years of agency I quite my printing business and started full time LIC Agency business. I have completed almost 17 years in LIC under DO Mr. Nikhilesh Tawde and I m proud that I got Development Officer like Mr. Nikhilesh sir, as today in current COVID situation where many are having income problem, many have lost job, but because of this continues journey of LIC agency of 17 years with Do Mr. Nikhilesh Tawde I have neve had any financial issues.
